This refreshing blend helps dissolve hesitation and supports honest, heartfelt conversations. A few drops in your diffuser or oil burner will create a space of clarity and openness.
DIRECTIONS: Add 5-6 drops in diffuser or burner. When taking in the scent or lighting your candle, take a few moments to reconnect with your core energy and physical body as you inhale the scent and restore balance.

Tea Tree Essential Oil – an amazing all-rounder and particularly good for the skin, Tea Tree has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Psychologically, it is helpful for anxiety, panic, and mood swings.
Peppermint Essential Oil – this minty scent is known for soothing tension and increasing memory and alertness while improving general mood.
